Welcome to Divyaang Myithri Sports Academy (DMSA). By accessing our website, registering for events, donating, or using our livestreaming services (Auraclusive), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Divyaang Myithri Sports Academy (DMSA) is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to promoting inclusive sports, especially for persons with disabilities and underprivileged children. Our website and services are provided to support awareness, training, events, and sustainability.

2. Eligibility & Site Use

  • You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
  • You shall not misuse the website to distribute harmful content, spam, or violate intellectual property rights.
  • Minors (under 18) may use the site only under parental/guardian supervision.

3. Donations, Sponsorships & Payments

  • All donations and sponsorships made via our platform directly support DMSA initiatives.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
  • Donations are non-refundable unless specifically stated due to error or duplicate payment.
  • For CSR contributions, additional agreements may be executed between DMSA and the sponsoring organization.

4. Events & Registrations

  • Event details (dates, venues, timings) are subject to change. We will make best efforts to notify participants of changes or cancellations.
  • By registering, participants agree to follow event rules, safety guidelines, and respect the inclusive nature of our programs.
  • DMSA is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of property during events, except as required by law.

5. Media, Livestreams & Likeness

  • By participating in DMSA programs or events, you grant consent for photography, video, and livestream coverage (via Auraclusive).
  • Such media may be used by DMSA for awareness, education, fundraising, or promotional purposes.
  • If you wish to withdraw consent for your likeness in media, please contact us in writing.

6. Merchandise & Services (if applicable)

  • Any products or services offered (such as merchandise or livestreaming packages) are subject to availability.
  • Pricing and delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
  • DMSA reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to errors or stock unavailability.

7. User-Generated Content

  • If you submit photos, videos, or testimonials, you grant DMSA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them for awareness and promotions.
  • DMSA reserves the right to remove any inappropriate or offensive content.

8. Limitation of Liability

DMSA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use, event participation, or livestreaming services. Participation in sports involves inherent risks, and participants accept responsibility for their own safety.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected via forms, donations, or registrations will be handled as per our Privacy Policy. We will not share personal data with third parties except for legal or operational needs (e.g., payment processing).

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing which, they will be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, India.

11. Updates to Terms

DMSA may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be effective once posted on this page. Continued use of our website/services after updates implies acceptance.

12. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Donations: All one-time donations are non-refundable.
  • Subscriptions (UPI Autopay): You may cancel your subscription at any time through your UPI app or by contacting us at least 7 days before the next deduction date. Once a subscription payment is deducted, it will not be refunded. In case of duplicate transactions or technical errors, please get in touch with us within 7 working days for resolution.
  • CSR or Institutional Contributions: Separate terms may be agreed upon in writing with sponsoring organizations.
